2014 Sangria Soiree

The 3rd Annual Sangria Soiree fundraiser took place at The Villa at Sunstone Winery, on July 20th, 2014. Guests enjoyed samplings of paella from Viva Paella, Spanish style flatbreads prepared by The Chef’s Touch in an outdoor oven, tapas by Rudy’s Restaurant, and cheese platters from Ono Catering. The event also featured tequila tasting from and signature sangria made from wine by Sunstone Winery, Palmina Wines and D’Alfonso-Curran Wines. 

 

Highlights of the afternoon included flamenco dance performances by Eliana Goerges & Friends from Aermeno Dance Acacemy, Sebastian Lebeau, Corlei Prieto and music by Vientos del Sur. Thank you Sunstone Winery for your support!

Why Gold?

Although many colors were considered, gold was agreed upon as the ideal choice for childhood cancer awareness because gold is a precious metal, and is therefore the perfect color to reflect the most precious thing in our lives - our children.
