YOUTH PHILANTHROPY AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP INTERNSHIP: July 6th - October 6th 

***We are currently looking to fill this position for 2020

  • Working with Community Engagement Manager to support our Business Partnership Program

  • Assisting the Community Engagement Manager to identify participants for, and assist in the oversight of the Youth Philanthropy program

  • Assisting the Community Engagement Manager with support for all logistical support of Youth Philanthropy fundraisers

  • Interacting with business representatives in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Providing administrative support such as composing email and mail correspondence, data entry, filing, and working within project management software (SmartSheet)

  • Assisting with the management of business partnership relationships

  • Serving as a representative of TBCF at public events and outreach meetings

  • Promotion of businesses and collaborations on social media platforms

FUND DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP: July 6th - October 6th 

***We are currently looking to fill this position for 2020

  • Maintaining sponsorship benefit spreadsheet and communications with campaign sponsors

  • Ensuring that each sponsors’ benefits are executed

  • Assisting with writing the Gold Ribbon Campaign mail appeal

  • Assisting with organizing board member note writing party for appeal

  • Strong computer skills required and an interest in learning more about non-profits and our organization is a plus

  • Working with volunteers to coordinate timely mailing of appeal

SPECIAL EVENTS INTERNSHIP: July 6th - October 6th 

***We are currently looking to fill this position for 2020

  • Assist with record keeping and documentation of auction items.

  • Calling businesses to request consideration for donated good/services to be used as auction items

  • Assisting with oversight of text-to-give platforms

  • Assisting with mailings and assisting volunteers in setting up on line fundraising pages

  • Strong computer skills are required

  • An interest in learning more about non-profits and TBCF

  • Organize and attend committee meetings
