What Is Project Easter?

Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation typically looks to collect

Easter Baskets for children with cancer and their siblings.

Our first priority during the pandemic is our families. Our recipient families are being hit especially hard as their children are in a very high risk group AND many of our families work in the service industry which is all but shut down.

Due to our changing global health situation as a result of COVID-19, we are shifting the focus of our Project Easter efforts to supporting families in a safe and effective way by now collecting e-gift cards and monetary donations. Thank you so much to everyone who had begun the process of participating in this program, and thank you for understanding that the health and safety of our immunocompromised kids in treatment is our top priority.

We also value YOU, our volunteers, so much, and we do not want to ask you to be out in the community on our behalf during this time. While we value your time and effort, we value your health and the heath of our fragile children in treatment, and are wishing everyone stay safe in an effort to halt the spread of germs during this uncertain time. We look forward to hosting Project Easter in full effect again next year.
