For the past seven years, Saks Fifth Avenue has supported Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation by generously hosting “Saks & The City,” an event which has raised more than $750,000 for families living in the Tri-Counties that have a child with cancer. This event has been widely enjoyed by the community and has had a history of selling-out! However, after creating a successful legacy, we are shifting our fundraising efforts by developing a fresh theme that will attract new participation to the organization.​

 

The new signature event, “Moments In Time,” is aptly named after one of our most beloved programs, and will feature a different theme and location each year in order to offer unique and memorable experiences to our guests. 

 

The Moments In Time program grants special requests to children with cancer, such as special outings, meeting celebrities, and uniquely themed parties.

 

In 2015, the First Annual “Moments In Time” event was “A Masked Affair” with a masquerade theme held at Santa Barbara Club at 1105 Chapala St. in Santa Barbara the evening of May 2nd.

 

We are fortunate to have enduring support from Saks Fifth Avenue and look forward to continuing this privileged partnership long into the future through beneficiary events and other philanthropic endeavors.
